Abstract
With the continuous development of society, industrial technology have continued to improve, the temperature factor has been affecting all aspects of people's lives, resulting in a lot of products are increasingly demanding control of the temperature range. The subject described the course of development of the water heater and the MCU intelligent control of the water heater principle, to design a microcontroller-based electric water heater intelligent temperature control device. The device is based on AT89C51 microcontroller technology center, the temperature values obtained through the DS18B20 and LCD display temperature values. Part of the introduction of software, using Proteus, keil and software design through a combination of separate hardware, so they can coordinate the work. The device features: keyboard input to control the upper and lower temperature alarm, and more than audible and visual alarm when the temperature of the upper and lower limits. The circuit design of the program can not only achieve the basic valuation, can be widely used in industries related to temperature measurement and temperature monitoring, intelligent, humane characteristics. There is no doubt, there is still a great potential of the electric water heater in the future development of intelligent control.
